If it isn't right for you, email support and I'll refund you.
There's no free trial of Editing, so this is the promise instead.
How to ask
Email from the address you used to buy, or include your order number or licence key. You don't need to give a reason, though it helps to know what didn't work for you.
What happens next
Stillread is sold through Polar, the merchant of record, so the refund is issued through Polar to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, the licence key is turned off and Editing locks again. Reading stays free.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, for example to add a time limit, we'll update this page first. Purchases made before a change keep the policy that applied when you bought.
